Closing with issue no. 2/2012 the journal was published in two versions – the Serbian one entitled "Megatrend revija", and the English (as 'Megatrend Review "). Each of them had 2 issues per year, the English version being the translation of the Serbian one. Thus, for example, no. 1/2004 in Serbian ("Megatrend revija") was also published as no. 1/2004 in English ("Megatrend Review") and it was the same with all further issues, including no. 1/2012, which also appeared in both Serbian and English.

   Here, for ease of reference, all issues of the journal have been numbered from 1 to 4 for the given year, with no. 1 being a  Serbian edition, no. 2 its English version, no. 3 a new Serbian edition for the given year, and no. 4 the translation of that edition into English. Therefore, numbers 1 and 3 are Serbian, while numbers 2 and 4 English editions. All this applies only from no. 1/2004 to no. 2/2012.

   Since issue no. 3/2013 onwards the journal has been published as the bilingual Serbian-English edition of "Megatrend revija / Megatrend Review", whereby each issue is completely different, and the papers are printed in the language (Serbian or English) in which they have been handed.
